The City of Lexington has partnered with the online payment processor Utilipay. You can pay your utility bill anytime with a credit or debit card using the button below. Please use this page only for utility payments (your monthly water/sewer/trash bill): if you use a payment method listed on a different page, your payment may be rerouted and/or lost. 

Please note the four-digit account number on your utility bill: you will help us to record your payment faster by including it on the online payment form. If you need help finding it, please see the sample below, or call City Hall at 660-259-4633. Payments posted after 3:00 pm via the online system will be recorded on the following day. Please note that convenience fees will apply. 

You are also welcome to make payments directly at City Hall, either by coming inside or using the drive-up window. Payments need to be received before 3:00 pm on the day they are due, otherwise they will be processed on the following day and will accrue a late fee.
